Cognitive Radio Systems for an efficient exploitation of TV White Spaces in Europe

This talk will present the objectives and main achievements of the FP7 COGEU project and will be complemented with a live demonstration of the COGEU online spectrum broker designed for automatic trading of TV White Spaces.
