Students have 30 days after the end of the mobility to submit the following documents:
(pdf) - The student must use the Declaration of Stay (DE) given to him when signing the contract or, as a last resort, the declaration must be issued by the UA and must contain the date of the first day of classes or session at the UA and the date of the last exam.
ATTENTION: students must upload the DE on the Erasmus+ Platform and send us an email (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt) informing that they have proceeded accordingly;
Contains the curricular units that students took at the UA. Without this document, it will not be possible to obtain the academic recognition to which you are entitled.

After the end of the mobility, the student will receive an email (check the inbox and SPAM) to fill out and submit the Final Report online (EU Survey - Participant Report), provided for in article 7 of the contract.
