Erasmus+ Studies (SMS) 2023-2024 – During the Mobility

Upon Arrival at the Host University (UA)

Proof of Arrival at the UA (PDF) – Send by email (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt), on the day they show up for the first time at the UA International Relations Office;

Learning Agreement – Before the Mobility – if the UA has not yet signed the document, the student must request its urgent signature and send the LA-BM later, by email, to the DRI (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt). Without this document signed by the UA, the DRI does not issue the Erasmus contract, consequently the Rectory does not pay the first tranche of the scholarship (70% of the total value of the scholarship) and the student cannot start the mobility.

During the Stay

Extension of the study period

(doc) - Document to be sent if you wish to request an extension. Along with this document, you must send the Learning Agreement – During the Mobility (Changes) with the curricular units related to the second semester. The request for an extension must be made up to 30 days before the end of the originally planned mobility period.

Learning Agreement – During the Mobility (Changes)

The student must speak with the Department's Course and/or Erasmus Coordinators about the changes he/she intends to make. Then you must complete and submit the Changes at the OLA, for signature by all those involved, within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the date of arrival at the UA. You must then download the signed Changes and send it to DRI, via email: div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt

Attention: This document should only contain the curricular units that undergo changes, that is, those deleted, added or with a change in the number of credits.

Linguistic Competence Assessment Test 2 (OLS)

Two weeks before the end of the mobility, the student will receive an email with a link to complete the mandatory online assessment.
