FCT NOVA received on September 14th Portugal’s Prime Minister, Dr. António Costa, and the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education, Professor Manuel Heitor, that visited various laboratories and classrooms where actions were taking place with the main objective of hosting and integrating FCT NOVA’s new students.
This initiative was organized by the Faculty of Science and Technology, NOVA University of Lisbon, in collaboration with its Students' Association and its main objective was to show the integration of the new students, strengthening their curiosity and enthusiasm for the natural science area of their respective courses and included hands-on sessions conducted by young researchers and students. The chosen themes showed the current limits of knowledge and the challenges facing its development.
