Ana Carolina de Figueiredo Milroy and Beatriz Maria Rodrigues Reis, finalists in the Integrated Masters programmes in Computer Science and Electrotechnics and Computers Engineering, respectively, are the two NOVA FCT students awarded with this prestigious scholarship.
In addition to the monetary value of 2,000 euros each, the E-Redes Top Women Scholarship aims to provide practical contact with the business reality of the sector, through the programme of mentoring in the company by E-REDES mentors.
In this second edition, there is a new approach to the mentoring programme, called "Empowering You to Change the World", with the aim of enabling future engineers to get closer to the E-REDES business, as well as creating a network of contacts with mentors and other company stakeholders.
The programme starts in December 2023 and runs until June 2024, when the participants receive feedback on their entire Top Women Scholarship journey.
