The NOVA School of Science and Technology, as an awarded Eco-School and that actively participates in the Eco-Schools Programme, joins the Novo Verde initiative “Reciclar é a nossa Praia”.
The cleaning and environmental animation program aims to raise awareness among the Portuguese population about the pollution of the seas and oceans. The meeting in Almada is scheduled for the 11th of July at Praia de S. João de Caparica, with no need for registration or appointment.
Along the way, the initiative will count, on some beaches, with the presence of some personalities of the world of surfing. These actions are supported by the Portuguese Environment Agency.
