More than 100 students coming from countries as diverse as Brazil and Iraq, Italy and Romania, filled the FCT NOVA Library Auditorium for the welcome session for students of international mobility.
The session was attended by the FCT NOVA Director, Virgílio Cruz Machado, who mentioned the importance of these initiatives and stressed the importance of education in eliminating barriers.
The reception program to the international student included a visit to the campus, a walk through the center of Almada and the beaches of the county.
