The Department of Science and Technology of Biomass welcomes the Ciência Viva program.
Students of the 10th until the 12th secondary grade had the opportunity to participate in activities that comprised the evaluation of genetic toxicity of chemical compounds and in the analysis of antioxidant and antibacterial power of new packaging materials in poultry. Students also learned to treat wastewater using microalgae.
