The Gap Year Portugal opened its partnership with more than 20 higher education institutions, including FCT NOVA, giving the possibility to students to use part of their "Gap Year" to attend up to three degrees for 15 days each, thus allowing a better understanding of the courses that show most interest.
The program aims to empower young people through concrete experiences that allow taking a conscious and deliberate decision on the way forward in the future. Among the experiences that participants may have are included attending lectures and / or practices, put questions to the faculty, use the college facilities and have a direct contact with students and academic associations.
The disclosure of the Program Academic Experiences (SAEs) began last July 16. Registrations will be opened on 19 July to all participants, as all relevant information may already be consulted at the EAP platform.
