The Faculty of Science and Technology of the New University of Lisbon and the Higher Institute of Agronomy of the University of Lisbon organize together the Master program course in Gastronomic Sciences. The course has a modular structure and now there is the opportunity to open registrations for these modules to interested parties who wish to attend individual courses that make up the overall program. Certificates of attendance are passed for each of the modules.
The modules taught at the 2nd Semester of 2012/13 in the Faculty of Science and Technology of UNL are: Hydrocolloids in Food, Developing New Food Products, and Molecular Gastronomy II.
