Mindfulness

Mindfulness means observing mental processes (thoughts, emotions and feelings) without criticism, in an attitude of acceptance, which allows us to deal more consciously with the challenges and demands of everyday life.

The goals of mindfulness sessions are to experience and cultivate this attitude in managing your thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal conflicts.

Sessions Schedule 2024/2025 (October 2024- June 2025)

Sessions open to students: Weekly on Tuesdays, 1:30pm - 2pm.

March and April - Ed.XI (e-Learning, next to the Grande Auditório), Sala 1.

May and June - Sala Ágora (next to the library).

No prior enrollment required.
