Prof. Rui Lobo led an investigation on a strange dry powder fallen in Lisbon during a rainy autumn dawn. It was proved that it does not correspond to any present known potential source, and its drying was fast in the absence of solar radiation, without the ambient temperature registered by the official meteo station in the vicinity having undergone any change.
