NOVA FCT is celebrating 47 years of history this year. On 13 November, the Grand Auditorium will be the stage for this event that marks almost five decades of the School's life. This initiative will also honour the collective efforts of all those who have contributed to the institution's success over the years.
With a history marked by its impact on society, the School is distinguished by its commitment to education, research and the promotion of values aimed at social and scientific progress. Since its inception, NOVA FCT has been a pioneer in several areas, fostering change through knowledge, collaboration and a commitment to excellence.
The programme includes awarding prizes to the best students, a tribute to employees with more than 30 years' service, musical moments and the opening of several exhibitions.
Among the key guests attending the event are the Rector of NOVA, the President of the Order of Engineers, the NOVA FCT Board, and the President of the Students' Association.
