The international consultancy firm QS has just published the results of its analysis of the more than 1500 universities around the world that meet the requirements to be included in the ranking, and NOVA University Lisbon has made a significant improvement, reaching 388th place in the general classification. According to the data now available, this improvement reflects a positive performance in practically all the indicators evaluated.
Compared to the previous edition, the increase in the Academic Reputation indicator - from 28.0 to 28.7 - and the Employer Reputation indicator - from 20.2 to 21.8 - stand out.
Another indicator worth highlighting is that of international students, which rose from 47.0 to 57.0, consolidating its position as the university's best indicator (260th in the world).
NOVA also stands out in the indicators introduced in the previous edition of this ranking. In particular, in the International Research Networks indicator, the university is ranked 227th in the world, reflecting its ability to diversify and establish sustainable international research partnerships.
The QS World University Rankings is a portfolio of comparative rankings of schools and universities worldwide compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds, a consultancy specialising in this type of analysis.
