Elvira Fortunato, a professor in the Materials Science Department and a researcher at Cenimat, has once again been voted ‘Trusted Personalities in the field of Research and Science’ by the readers of Reader's Digest.
This is the fourth time in a row that the former Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education has been honoured with this award, which is the result of the ‘Brands of Trust’ study. This study, which has been carried out annually since 2001, was born out of the intention of letting brands know, in the first person, their consumers' assessment of such a crucial issue as trust.
The professor and researcher has accompanied names such as Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa (Politician), Ruy de Carvalho (Actor) and Eduardo Barroso (Doctor). Check all winners here.
