On the 10th and 11th of November, the Talent Bootcamp program, which paves the way for stronger connections between academia and the business world, brought together companies and students at the Caparica campus.
More than 200 students and recent graduates had the opportunity to interact with approximately 150 influential companies, both nationally and internationally - companies actively seeking talent to recruit high-potential students.
During the two-day event, various training activities provided students with the opportunity to enhance their skills for delivering a successful pitch, benefiting from the insights of highly experienced professionals and an influential network of contacts. This event is designed to equip participants with the tools they need to proactively navigate the challenges of the employment scene.
With a substantial attendance, the event fostered synergies aimed at helping students transition into the professional context. The potential to secure an internship or job opportunity through this program is indeed a significant and attractive feature for the participants.
