Meet the 22/23 "Professors of the Year" Award winners

José Maria Nunes de Almeida Gonçalves Gomes, professor of the Department of Mathematics, was for the second year in a row chosen by the students as "Professor of the Year", an award that every year the Students' Association of FCT NOVA promotes as a recognition of the work and dedication of the Professors of the School. 

"They are an example to be followed because, indirectly or directly, they have had an impact on the academic life of FCT NOVA students. We thank them for all the effort and commitment they have for the FCTense community", wrote the AEFCT on the social networks.

In this edition, the students also distinguished the following teachers:

  • Maria da Graça Azevedo de Brito, from the Department of Earth Sciences;
  • Ana Luísa Almaça da Cruz Fernando, from the Department of Chemistry;
