Mafalda Martinho, student of Biomedical Engineering at the NOVA School of Science and Technology, won the bronze medal in the women's competition of the National University Championship of Bodyboard.
NOVA maintained the tradition of participating with a significant number of students who, once again and in adverse conditions, demonstrated a great team spirit throughout the day.
The race took place on May 21 at Carcavelos beach.
