On January 15th, the inauguration ceremony of the new governing bodies of the NOVA School of Science and Technology Students Association (AEFCT)) took place in an online format for the 2021 term.
The event, broadcast live on the AEFCT Facebook page, included interventions by the outgoing President, Pedro Horta, the elected President, Eduardo Freitas, the NOVA School of Science and Technology Dean, Virgílio Cruz Machado, the NOVA Pro-Rector, José Alferes, and the representative of the Municipality of Almada, Vítor Carmona.
“We have now started a new chapter, in an unprecedented period, with the challenge of rebuilding and reinventing AEFCT's activity. We face the current challenges with the commitment to ensure the defense of the interests and needs of the Student Community of the NOVA School of Science and Technology,” say the new direction of the Association on the social network facebook.
