Elvira Fortunato, professor and researcher in the Department of Materials Sciences at the NOVA School of Science and Technology, is one of the five finalists of the Global Leadership Woman in Tech Award, promoted by the Women in Tech platform.
Women in Tech is a global platform that brings together members from more than 100 countries and aims to close the gender gap and to help women embrace technology.
This is the third edition of this award that aims to distinguish women who innovate, inspire and transform the sector as we know it.
