The third edition of ToPAS Lx, "Programming Tournament for Secondary Students" of the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region, was held on 11th May at the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCT NOVA).
This annual programming competition aims to stimulate problem-solving skills by increasing computer literacy and programming skills of secondary school students, consisting of a test program, where teams of 3 students from the same school have 4 hours to solve 7 problems.
Topas Lx 2018 had the participation of 22 teams from several secondary schools in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region.
