The VR4NeuroPain project was selected among 11,477 projects to be one of the 21 finalist projects of Acredita Portugal 2018, the largest Entrepreneurship contest in the country and the 2nd largest in the world, being one of the three finalists in the category "New Technologies".
Professors Cláudia Quaresma and Micaela Fonseca of the Department of Physics of FCT NOVA, together with Psychologist Heitor Cardoso and Engineer Nuno Ferreira are the finalists who will now undergo a pre-acceleration period in which they have access to sessions with specialists and a mentor, who accompanies them throughout this process. The aim is to "accelerate" the idea and to develop it as much as possible over this period.
