Professors Susana Duarte and Virgílio Cruz Machado, professors of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, were awarded the "Runner up Prize" awarded by the International Society of Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM).
The award was awarded due to the paper "Exploring Linkages between Lean and Green Supply Chain and the Industry 4.0" presented at the ISMSEM International Conference in Kanazawa, Japan.
