The second edition of ToPAS, "Programming Tournament for Secondary School Students" took place last 12 May, at the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the NOVA University of Lisbon.
This annual programming competition aims to stimulate problem-solving skills by increasing computer literacy and programming skills of secondary school students. The competition consists of a proof of programming, where teams of 3 students from the same school have 4 hours to solve 7 problems.
The Topas Lx 2017 had the participation of 10 teams from several secondary schools in the Region of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo.

2nd Place, Team: ezGlobalElite, Escola Secundária de Cacilhas-Tejo
3rd Place, Team: Tecla 3, Agrupamento de Escolas Monte da Lua
