Last 29 and 30 May 2016, the University National Championship of Climbing and Speeds was held, in which the FCT NOVA students António Belo, Antonio Caeiro, Bruno Duarte, David Coutinho, João Afonso and José Pinto participated.
The two bronze medals won by the athlete José Pinto in two variants must be highlighted.
