Congratulations to the students Maria Saade, Mariana Ribeiro and Vítor Ramos whose urbanistic proposal ranked first among the 14 proposals to the competition.
The competition aims to promote the improvement and promotion of public spaces of Lisbon's BIP-ZIP neighborhoods (priority intervention districts - priority intervention areas), articulation and socio-spatial relationship existing between them and the critical spirit, capacity for reflection and interaction between the University and the local community.
The project D’Ajuda promoted by AASPs (Association for the Support and Psycho-Social Security), European Intercultural Club and the LOCALS Association comes up with the aim of promoting and stimulating activities that appeal to the community spirit and at the same time that trigger local development actions. This project consists of a broad partnership of stakeholders coming from all sectors of civil society and intends to carry out an academic contest that offers the construction and implementation of three modular equipment of street furniture for the Lisbon parish of Ajuda.
The next phase taking place during July will be the materialization of the proposals, namely the construction of the project in Ajuda.
Once again, congratulations to the MUSOT students.
