After the award of the paper transistor selected by the magazine “Exame Informática” in 2008, the TetraSolar project, which manufactures photovoltaic cells in low cost Tetrapack type packaging, was this year the winner in the innovation category in this award given by “Exame Informática”. This work is led by Professor’s Eodrigo Martins group from FCT NOVA’s research unit CENIMAT / CEMOP.
