Bruno Amaral, a FCT NOVA student who recently obtained his Master Degree in Civil Engineering, plays Korfball in the Club of (CCCD) from the start of his sports career, with several achievements in teams from different levels both at national and international level. He will again represent our Senoir National Korfball Team in the next edition of the World Championship which will be start in Belgium on 30th October, Friday.

Since the formation of NOVA’s Korfball team in 2011, Bruno always joined the squad and is a key element for the achievement of several of its titles: Silver (2012), Bronze (2014) and Gold + Bronze (2015) in the CNU - University National Championship Korfball in those years. Due to his experience, he has been a key support element for the formation of the team structure that exists today, the NCN - NOVA Korfball Center. The NCN has been proving itself in the university Korfball landscape with an increasing number of athletes coming from various units of the University NOVA.
