It's already this Thursday, 4tyh June, at 12:45 am, that Sandra Correia will speak at the Leopoldo Guimarães Auditorium (CENIMAT building) about "Raising Capital: Trends & Innovations". In her intervention, Sandra Correia will address important issues related to entrepreneurship, such as, guidelines" to raise funds for launching, maintaining and expanding "business ventures"”. During this presentation, she will exchange views with Dante Disparte, founder and CEO of "Risk Cooperative", which will be participating from the US and also with other intervenients who will speak from elsewhere. Following the presentation broadcast for the whole world "webcast", will take place a session of questions and answers to Sandra Correia.
Sandra Correia was the only representative of Portugal participating in an international entrepreneurship meeting , the "New Begining", promoted by US President Barack Obama. She was first contacted by the US Embassy and competed with over 90 countries. She was selected in the 28 projects that participated in this program for 3 weeks. During this period, she met the US political system, the organization and structure of its economic system and understood the operation of "start-ups" and "business innovation". Two months ago, the "program" A New Begining for Portugal " started , which is intended to support entrepreneurs from creating the business plan, until the counseling phase and implementation of the product.
