20-06-2014

CITI@NOVA LINCS researchers Catarina Gralha, Miguel Goulão and  João Araújo, members of the NOVA LINCS Software Systems group, were awarded the BEST PAPER Award at the CAiSE 2014 conference. The work, entitled "Identifying Modularity Improvement Opportunities in Goal-oriented Requirements Models" develops a set of metrics and associated tool support, to measure and analyze the complexity of goal models. Goal models are widely adopted as a way for expressing requirements of Software Systems. The output of the proposed analysis technique can be used to suggest better ways to modularise the requirements specifications. CAiSE is a top conference in the information systems field.
