Since 2001, the Clara Immerwahr Prize is released annually by Unicat (Cluster of Excellence Unicat, Berlin) for the promotion of young women in science who have obtained important results in the area of catalysis. With financial support of € 15,000, the prize aims to foster interaction and collaboration with Unicat, recognizing the merits of the work in this research area. This year, Dr. Teresa Santos-Silva, Assistant Researcher (IF Investigator 2013) FCT-UNL was awarded this prize for his work on molybdenum enzymes. The award ceremony for the prize will take place on February 21, 2014 and will include a lecture by Dr. Teresa Santos-Silva, preceded by a lecture by Prof. Dr. Linda H.
