The category of Honorary Member was given considering the fact that FCT-UNL is one of the most prestigious engineering schools in the country and, that due to its high teaching quality, high qualified professionals were prepared thus decisively contributing to Portugal’s social and economic development. This proclamation took place during the Session of the “National Engineer Day 2013” which took place in Sintra last November 23rd.
