Professor. Michael Benton has been working in paleobiology and macroevolution, more specifically, in the evolution of reptiles, extinction events and changes of fauna in the fossil record, diversification of life, and biodiversity in the Triassic and Permian. He is the author of dozens of books and hundreds of paleontology papers which makes him today one of the most famous and productive paleontologists. The conference will take place at 5 pm at FCT's Library Auditorium.
