The creative economy based on intellectual capital, represents opportunities for individuals, businesses and regions, contributing to the increase of wealth, which in turn boosts economic growth, creates jobs and promotes development. The cultural and creative sectors represent around 4.5% of European GDP and about 3.8% of hand labor, representing 8.5 million people.
Given that the concept of the creative economy encompasses several distinct sectors and linked together, it should be noted that activities will be addressed within the following areas: performing arts, fine arts, cultural and creative industries.
The National Agency for the Management Program of Lifelong Learning (ANPROALV) aims to reconcile the interests of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), the national and international level, with the different stakeholders of the cultural and creative sectors.
