Erasmus+ Mobilities within the consortium “ADVANCED COMPUTING CONSORTIUM – HPC, HPDA, AI & HPV (ACC)”

Within the scope of the ERASMUS+ consortium “Advanced Computing Consortium on HPC, HPDA, AI & HPV (ACC)”, whose main objective is to promote training in HPC, HPDA, AI and HPV of human resources from the consortium's partner institutions through mobilities , applications are open for “outgoing” mobilities in EU member states, third countries associated with the program (e.g., Iceland, Norway) and third countries not associated with the program (Switzerland and the United Kingdom) for teaching and non-teaching staff (staff), doctoral students and recent doctors with ties to the institution.

Other information

Location of mobility

The scholarship recipient must carry out their mobility in any country of the program other than the country of the sending organization and the country of residence. 

 

Host institution

The teaching/non-teaching staff must carry out their mobility at any host institution in one of the program's European countries.

Note that the candidate is only applying for the mobility scholarship, and that if it is granted to him, he will have to check which institutions have vacancies to accommodate his mobility.

Application Period

The registration period runs from 19/08/2024 until 23:59 on 31/05/2026 and is open permanently, that is, registrations can be made on any date via email div.a.cc@fct.unl.pt being evaluated in the first three weeks after submission. 

 

Results

The result of the application will be transmitted by email to the candidate until the 22nd day after submission. The ranking list of candidates will be sent to them by email, when evaluated by the panel members.

 

Start of mobilities

The mobilities awarded can start from the date of signature of the ERASMUS+ contract between the candidate and their institution, i.e., the institution where they provide services and must be carried out and finished by 31.07.2026.

To issue the Erasmus+ contract, the candidate will have to comply with the procedures of their institution and the request for payment of the scholarship will only be made after signing this contract.
