The monitorization of SIGQ and its various components is carried out using indicators. These identify performance trends and point out areas where action is needed. They are an important tool to support the strategic management and decision-making of the NOVA FCT Bodies, since the information that comes from them allows institutional knowledge that is an essential starting point for the internal quality assurance system.
