At the meeting, 150 experts from 27 countries are to attend and debate the main problems, solutions and challenges faced by coastal communities.
In 2022, this is the fourth ERC Proof of Concept bestowed conceded to a FCT NOVA researcher. With these results, the School is once again recognised for the excellence of its research and reinforces its leadership position in the number of grants awarded to its researchers, accumulating 13 in total.
Born in Campus de Caparica by former students Alexandra Lopes, Diogo Tecelão, Filipe Valadas, Miguel Andrade and Sara Lobo, the start-up has already won several awards including the Altice Innovation Awards, Ideas Innovation and Life Enablers.
