On February 15 , three professors saw their careers progress during the Contract Signing Ceremony.
Luís Alexandre Cobra Branco, Professor in the Departmentof Chemistry , and Paulo Sá Caetano, from the Department of Earth Sciences , were promoted to Associate Professors. Elin Maria Figueiredo is the new Assistant Professor in the Conservation and Restoration Department.
"It's always a pleasure to recognise people's merit and make their positions official and to see new blood enter our teaching staff," said José Júlio Alferes, Director of NOVA FCT.
This marks the fourth session of 2024, a period which has witnessed the career progression of 13 professors along with the recruitment of one new professor and one Senior Technician, further enriching our academic community.
