Almada will host the 29th edition of Tágides on 3 and 4 March

The International Festival of Tunas (academic music Groups) Tágides is returning to Almada. Organized by anTUNiA, male Tuna of NOVA School of Science and Technology | FCT NOVA, this 29th edition promises two unforgettable nights full of music, joy and emotion.

Tuna is a group of university students, in their historical attire, who play traditional instruments and sing serenades.

The first night, on March 3th, will be a night of serenades at the Paços do Concelho (town hall) in Almada, where the tunas will perform in a unique and charming atmosphere. The streets will be filled with sounds and harmonies, in a show that promises to be truly magical.

The second night, on March 4th, will take place at the Academia Almadense, where the students will compete against each other in a true music festival. Moments of pure fun are expected, with a lot of animation and good mood.

The Tágides Festival is a unique event, that has already become a tradition in the city of Almada. It is an opportunity to experience and appreciate the talent of university students, who work hard to present a show of quality and originality.
