NOVA School of Science and Technology | FCT NOVA, through the Library, will join once again the celebrations of the International Open Access Week , which will take place from 24 to 30 October.
This year, under the theme "Open for Climate Justice", the event aims to raise awareness on how open scientific information can be a means for climate justice.
This initiative, promoted by SPARC (Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition), intend to strive for giving free copies of peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, conference papers, technical reports, theses and working papers freely available on the internet, making research results more accessible to the entire scientific community.
