Mariana Sofia Perdigão da Silva Coelho, Gonçalo Andrez Prates and Tomás dos Santos Novalio were the three FCT NOVA students who won the Caixa Mais Mundo Award.
This Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) prize distinguishes the best students placed in Undergraduate and Integrated Master Programmes, through the National Call, as well as those enrolled in Professional Technical Courses. This CGD initiative aims to encourage higher education and to help to increase the number of qualified professionals in Portugal.
The prizes, with a monetary value of 1,500 euros, were distributed in a ceremony that took place on May 6th at CGD headquarters, in Lisbon, and was attended by the FCT NOVA Dean.
