Afonso Gama, Marta Pereira, André Nunes, Bruno Cardoso, Madalena Matos, Sofia Serrano, Diogo Nunes, Inês Oliveira, Rui Silva, Rodrigo Nunes, Guilherme Alves, Gonçalo Araújo, Isabel Alves, Jorge Viana, Mariana Branco, Isabel Curioso and Daniel Miranda , all FCT NOVA students, were recently distinguished at the "NOVA Young Talent Awards" of 2019.
The "NOVA Young Talent Awards" aims to distinguish the best students in the 1st year of the University's Undergraduate and Master's Degree Programs by awarding a prize equal to the value of the tuition fee. In the words of the Rector, Professor João Sagua: "Our University can only fulfill its mission if it can attract, retain and develop talent". And in this context, "the contribution of families and also of teachers and secondary schools is fundamental."
The "NOVA Young Talent Awards" ceremony took place on May 15 at the Rectory of NOVA.
