After the end of the mobility period, students have 30 days to submit the following documents:
(pdf) - The student must use the Certificate of Attendance (DE) that was provided when signing the contract or, ultimately, the certificate must be issued by the UA and must refer to the date of the first day of classes, or welcome session at the UA, and the date of the last exam.
PLEASE NOTE: Students must upload the DE on the Erasmus+ Platform and send an email (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt) informing that they have proceeded accordingly;
It includes the course units that students have completed at the UA. Without this document it will not be possible to get the academic recognition you are entitled to.
Please note: Students must upload the Transcript of Records in the Erasmus+ Platform e enviar-nos um email (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt) and send an email (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt) informing that they have proceeded accordingly;
At the end of the mobility, the student will receive an email (check the inbox and SPAM) to complete and submit the Final Report online (EU Survey - Participant Report), as foreseen in article 7 of the contract.
