Erasmus+ Studies (SMS) 2022-2023 - During the Mobility Period

Upon arrival at the Receiving University (UA)

  • Proof of Arrival at the UA  (pdf) – To be emailed (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt), on the day students present themselves for the first time at the UA International Relations Office;
  • Learning Agreement – Before the Mobility – If the UA has not yet sent the duly signed document, the student must request it to be emailed asap (div.ri.outgoing@fct.unl.pt). Without this document signed by the UA, the DRI does not issue the Erasmus contract and, consequently, the Rectory does not release payment of the first instalment of the scholarship (70% of the total amount of the scholarship).

During the mobility period

Extension of the study period

(doc) - Document to be sent if you wish to request an extension. In addition, you must send the Learning Agreement – During the Mobility (Changes) including the course units for the second semester. The request for extension must be made 30 days prior to the end of the initially planned mobility period.

Learning Agreement – During the Mobility (Changes)

(doc) - The student should discuss the intended changes with the Course Coordinator and/or Erasmus Department Coordinator. Then, the document must be filled in, signed by the student, signed and stamped by the UA, and sent to the DRI within a maximum of 30 days from the date of arrival at the UA. The DRI will direct the document to be signed by the above mentioned Coordinators.

Please note: This document must only include the course units that have been changed, that is, those removed, added or with a change in the number of credits.

Language Skills Assessment Test 2 (OLS)

Two weeks before the end of the mobility, the student will receive an email with a link to complete the mandatory online assessment.
