The Master's in Agro-industrial Production and Transformation Technologies is based on excellent research carried out at the Department of Earth Sciences and the GeoBioTec Research Center, at NOVA FCT.
The teaching staff associated with this Master's degree develops research in “cutting-edge” areas in the field of Earth Sciences, namely in Agroindustrial Technology; Georesources, Geotechnics and Geomaterials; and Sedimentary Basins and Paleontology.
Tuition fee - Portuguese students: 1500€ / year
Tuition fee - Foreign students: 7000€ / year
ACCEPTANCE FEE IN THE MASTERS DEGREE:
Accepted candidates will have to pay (within a maximum period of 7 consecutive days from the date of placement) a fee of 100 euros, non-refundable, to be deducted, after registration, from the total tuition fee.
Failure to pay within this period will result in automatic exclusion of the candidate. Exceptions and late payments are not considered. Any payment made after the deadline will not be refunded, and the candidate will remain excluded.
The Master in Agro-industrial Production and Transformation Technologies has collaborated since its inception with companies in the agro-industrial sector, allowing students to carry out their dissertation work in these institutions.
The Department of Earth Sciences (DCT) at NOVA FCT constitutes a graduate, postgraduate and research teaching unit, currently organized into 3 scientific areas: Geology, Geological Engineering and Agroindustry.
