NOVA School of Science and Technology (NOVA FCT) and the multinational consultancy firm NTT DATA have recently entered into a multi-year agreement aimed at expediting the professional journeys of university students. Additionally, the collaboration seeks to foster joint initiatives, encompassing research, innovation, and technology transfer activities, among others.
This protocol marks the beginning of a collaborative process, potentially involving research endeavors within curricular internships, master's dissertations, and doctoral programs. It also establishes opportunities for professorships, scholarships, and customized training to address market or organizational needs.
Through this partnership, NOVA FCT students will gain firsthand insights into the professional opportunities provided by NTT DATA, actively participating in employment and market-oriented forums organized by the School.
Ana Rodrigo Gonçalves, Head of Partnerships & Engagement at NOVA FCT, notes, "The partnership aligns with our strategy of strengthening ties with the business world. It not only provides students with practical and critical opportunities that enhance their curriculum and transition to the job market but also fosters innovation, knowledge transfer, and economic growth."
