The 4th edition of Hackathon FCT NOVA, powered by FCT NOVA's Informatics Center, is scheduled for March 17th and 18th in the Agora Room in the FCT Library.
Hackathon FCT NOVA is an event in which teams of 2 to 4 students work for about 24 hours non-stop in order to develop a project. At the end, the groups will present the result before a panel of judges to determine the top 3. The winning teams will be entitled to monetary prizes - € 500, € 300 and € 200 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively. The remaining participants will also have the opportunity to win prizes participating in various challenges that may occur throughout the event.
On March 14, in the auditorium 128 of Building II, you will also be able to participate in one of the workshops that the Informatics Nucleus prepared for you in collaboration with Via Consulting, KPMG and Unbabel.
This event has the support of NOVA's Department of Informatics and several renowned companies such as BOLD, KPMG, Novabase, Opensoft and Imaginary Cloud.
